Established in 1958 the company for many years manufactured a large range of springs for engineering applications. The manufacturing base was expanded in 1990 with the purchase of a laminated / leaf spring company.
BETTER SPRINGS (Mfg) Pty Ltd manufactures all spring types including compression, tension and torsion springs up to 16mm diameter wire in materials of carbon, stainless steel, monel and inconel etc. Metal stampings and strip springs to 3mm thickness and leaf laminates to 150mm x 32mm in size.
The Company also designs and supplies disc springs, heavy duty automotive and industrial coil springs in material larger than 16mm diameter for a wide variety of applications.
A prototype design service is provided with production in small and large batch quantities. Heat treatment, shot peening, load and testing facilities are also available.No. of Employees: 14-20
